I got this signed copy from Archana, who is a Nagpur based author in exchange of my book. The interesting fact is, our debut book was published by the same publication house!
I started reading the a chapter each at night before going to bed as it is my customary habit to leaf through the pages before going into deep slumber. My progress was slow, initially, to be honest, say 4-5 pages each day. It was while in 9th chapter, something prompted me. Perhaps, the twist and the unexpected turn in the life of one of the central characters, Riya. I wanted to know the reason behind her actions, and hence, I went up finishing the whole book in next 3 hours. The language used is reader’s friendly as you don’t need to drag dictionary to deduce meaning of words. What makes the story unique is the twist and turn, as it play with the sympathy of the readers which shift from Riya to Aman. Author has utilised the plot quite well to invoke the emotions in audience. However, the tragic revelation at the end makes the reader go beyond the book and peep in the psyche of the characters. It’ll keep you engaged till the end.
